How Long does an Essential Valet take? Most Essential Valets take around 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Heavier soiling may require additional time or a more suitable service.
What's the difference between Essential Valet and Full Valet? The Essential Valet is designed for routine cleaning and general vehicle upkeep. Our Full Valet goes much deeper, with more intensive interior cleaning, stain treatment and additional attention to heavily used areas.
Do I need to provide water or electricity? We carry an onboard water tank, although where available we normally use water from the property. We currently require access to a suitable mains electricity supply while carrying out the service.
Can i add extras to my Essential Valet? Yes. Selected extras can be added depending on what your vehicle needs. If you're unsure, contact us before booking and we'll recommend the most suitable option without unnecessarily upgrading your service.
What if my vehicle is very dirty? The Essential Valet is intended for vehicles with normal day-to-day dirt and use. If your vehicle has heavy staining, excessive pet hair, significant mud or requires intensive cleaning, we may recommend our Full Valet or a specialist service instead.
How do i book an appointment? Simply choose your vehicle size and preferred service, then request your appointment online. If you're unsure which service to choose, you can also contact us and we'll help you select the right option.
Will you come to my home or workplace? Yes. We are a fully mobile valeting service and can carry out your Essential Valet at your home, workplace or another suitable location, provided there is enough safe space to work around the vehicle.
